Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Assist customers with fencing wire products
Coordinate with warehouse & dispatch for timely delivery

Required Skills:

1–3 years of experience in retail sales or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in hardware, construction materials, or related products is a plus
Good customer handling and follow-up ability
