Site Sourcing: Actively scout prime locations for new outlet, assessing catchment, footfall, and competition.
Networking: Build relationships with developers, landlords, and consultants to maintain a strong pipeline.
Feasibility & ROI: Analyze site profitability, focusing on rent-to-revenue ratios and CAM charges.
Lease Negotiations: Lead negotiations for rent-free periods, escalation clauses, and lock-in terms.
Coordination: Collaborate with project and legal teams to ensure compliance and timely store opening.
