We are looking for a Operation Manager to join our team at Trimytones Ventures Private Limited to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete salon outlet setup and pre-opening activities.

• Coordinate with interior, furniture, equipment, branding, and other vendors.

• Ensure timely installation and availability of salon furniture, fixtures, equipment, products, and supplies.

• Coordinate staff hiring, onboarding, training, and deployment as per outlet requirements.

• Ensure salon SOPs, hygiene, grooming, and service standards are implemented.

• Manage inventory, stock requirements, and opening-day supplies.

• Coordinate with Head Office, franchise/owner, vendors, and salon teams.

• Prepare and monitor outlet opening checklists and timelines.

• Conduct pre-opening checks and coordinate trial runs/soft openings.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
