Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.

• Demonstrate product knowledge and suggest items based on customer needs.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store and shelves.

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and check for expired items.

• Assist in inventory management and reporting.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 12th pass/ Graduate (preferred).

• Previous retail or supermarket experience is a plus.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
