Assistant Store Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Reporting on time as per allocated shift.
· Adhering to all the SOPs at the outlet level
· Serving customers in a timely manner.
· Providing excellent customer service.
· Maintaining the outlet cleanliness & hygiene.
· Adhering to work timing & duty roaster assigned by the Store manager.
· Wearing the prescribed uniform while on duty.
· Adhering grooming & personal hygiene standards.
· Customer relationship (Greeting with a smile, Welcoming & thanking, Taking order)
· Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills.
· Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries. Identifying customer needs.
· Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
· Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
· Updating customer information as required.
· Performs general floor maintenance and housekeeping; monitors and maintains the condition and safekeeping of items.
· Contribute ideas to resolve customer problems to improve productivity.
· Work within various teams to ensure outstanding customer service.
· Maintain broad knowledge of customer products and services.
· Participate in meetings and activities held to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
