Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective team management and customer engagement.
Ensure exceptional customer service, handling high-value clients with professionalism and discretion.
Supervise staff scheduling, grooming, and performance.
Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
Manage inventory, stock reconciliation, and coordinate with HO for replenishments.
Train and motivate sales staff on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer handling.
Handle billing, cash management, and daily store reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
Resolve customer issues and ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role in jewellery retail or luxury retail.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; certification in retail management preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of diamond, gemstones, polki, jadau and kundan jewellery
Excellent client-handling and sales negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in POS/billing systems and MS Office.
