Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive (Tiles & Sanitaryware)
Job Summary:
The Showroom Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, suggesting suitable products, and ensuring a smooth sales experience. The role involves product knowledge, customer service, sales coordination, and maintaining the showroom display.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to walk-in customers in the showroom.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable tiles, bathroom fittings, sanitaryware, and related products.
Provide detailed product information (sizes, materials, features, brands, pricing, etc.).
Guide customers in selecting designs, colors, and combinations based on their space requirements.
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and organization of the showroom.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain sales records, billing support, and assist with daily reporting.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years experience in showroom sales (tiles/sanitaryware preferred).
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of tile types, bathroom fittings, and interior combinations (preferred).
Ability to understand customer preferences and give design suggestions.
Computer literacy (MS Office, billing software, WhatsApp communication).
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
