Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences, and budgets.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery designs and products.

• Explain jewellery designs, product features, quality, pricing, and other relevant details.

• Handle counter sales and provide excellent customer service.

• Maintain the proper handling, display, and safekeeping of jewellery.

• Support billing, order processing, sales documentation, and customer follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate sales records and follow showroom procedures.

• Build long-term customer relationships through professional and courteous service.

• Ensure attractive product displays and a neat, organised showroom.

• Maintain honesty, integrity, punctuality, and discipline while handling valuable products.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in jewellery showroom sales is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of jewellery products, designs, and retail sales practices.

• Excellent customer-handling and communication skills.

• Trustworthy, sincere, dedicated, and customer-oriented.

• Pleasant personality with a professional approach to sales.

• Good numerical ability and attention to detail.

• Candidates residing in Pune City and nearby localities only.

• Willingness to join immediately and build a long-term association with the organisation
