ROLES AND RESPNSIBILITIES

1. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate JEWELLERY recommendations based on their preferences and budget.

2. Drive sales by promoting the brands products, upselling or cross-selling where applicable.

3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brands jewellery collections, including details about

gemstones, precious metals, designs, and trends.

4. Showcase products effectively, including visual displays and set the jewellery as per agreed display

5. Assist customers in selecting jewellery, answering queries about products, materials, and design

features.

6. Ensure the proper handling and care of jewellery, ensuring that items are in excellent condition for

customers to view and try on.

7. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

8. Track sales performance, identify trends, and report sales data regularly to management.

BILLING

8. Process customer transactions efficiently, including cash, credit/debit card payments, and

financing options where applicable.

9. Ensure accuracy in billing, including applying any discounts, promotions, or special offers.

STORE OPERATIONS

10. Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and properly stocked.

11. Assist with inventory management and replenishment of stock.

12. Audit and Count stock as per company’s policy

13. Ensure the store is neat, clean, and organized with products arranged in a visually appealing

manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Well groomed and presentable with makeup and hair always done

2. Proficient in English and Hindi language – minimum Graduate

3. Should be able to operate tablet and understand and grasp billing software

4. Work as per Company’s defined SOPs

5. Prior Jewellery sales experience is a plus
