Job Description – Retail Sales Executive
Position: Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive who can assist customers, drive sales, and ensure a good customer experience at the store.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Explain products, features, and offers to customers.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions.
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
Support billing, stock checking, and order coordination.
Build good relationships with customers.
Follow company policies and maintain store discipline.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills & should be Presentable
Customer handling ability.
Positive attitude and sales-oriented approach, and should have great convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS system.
Team player with willingness to learn.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum HSC / Graduate.
