We’re Hiring: Jewellery Sales Consultant 💎

Department: Sales / Customer Engagement

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Customer Experience Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting premium lab-grown diamond jewellery. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Customer Interaction

• Welcome and engage walk-in customers

• Understand customer needs, preferences & budget

• Guide customers from inquiry to final purchase

🔹 Sales Support

• Educate customers about lab-grown diamonds

• Share product catalogs, videos & pricing details

• Coordinate appointments & follow-ups

• Maintain high conversion rates

🔹 Customer Experience

• Build trust through professional communication

• Handle queries & objections effectively

• Ensure smooth end-to-end customer journey

🔹 Client Visits & Travel (Occasional)

• Travel for private viewings/consultations

• Ensure safe handling & professional presentation

• Coordinate schedules & logistics

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication (English & Hindi)

Strong sales & persuasion skills

Jewellery/diamond knowledge (preferred)

Energetic, confident & target-driven
