Job Description: Showroom Sales Executive

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming store visitors, presenting our products, addressing customer queries, and driving sales to meet targets while providing an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Sales:

  • Greet walk-in customers and understand their requirements.

  • Present and demonstrate products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.

  • Cross-sell and up-sell complementary products or promotional packages.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.

• Store Operations & Merchandising:

  • Ensure the showroom display is clean, organized, and stocked according to merchandising guidelines.

  • Track product inventory levels and coordinate with the store manager for timely restocking.

  • Assist in price tagging, product labeling, and seasonal promotions.

• Billing & Customer Service:

  • Guide customers through purchasing procedures and assist with payment/billing processes.

  • Address customer concerns, warranty claims, or product issues in a polite and professional manner.

  • Collect customer feedback and update customer contact details for future relationship management.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum High School Diploma / 10+2 diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, showroom management, or customer service.

• Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Active listening skills with a strong customer orientation.

  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and inventory management.

  • Ability to handle cash/billing transactions accurately.
