Front Desk Executive

Job Summary :

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Café Front-End Staff to handle customer service, assist guests,

operate the POS billing system, and maintain a welcoming service environment. The ideal candidate should be

friendly, attentive, and able to deliver a pleasant café experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service.

• Take orders accurately and efficiently.

• Operate the POS system for billing, cash/card/UPI transactions.

• Guide customers on menu items and assist with recommendations when required.

• Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and presentable.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.

• Handle customer questions, feedback, and concerns politely.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and café service standards at all times.

• Assist in opening and closing duties of the café.

  
  Requirements:

• Experience: 0–2 years in café/restaurant / retail customer service (Freshers can apply).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of billing/POS operation (Training will be provided if required).

• Positive attitude, teamwork, and punctuality are essential.

• Ability to work in flexible shifts, weekends, and rush hours.
