Food Counter Operator

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY – FOOD COUNTER OPERATOR

Location: BTM 2nd Stage, 100 Feet Ring Road, Near Jayadeva Metro Station, Bengaluru

We are looking for an experienced and responsible person to independently operate a ready food counter inside our running cafe.

This is not a fixed-salary job. It is an operator-based earning opportunity.

HOW THE EARNING MODEL WORKS

• The selected operator will manage the counter and generate daily sales.

• A fixed amount must be paid to the café owner every operating day.

• After paying the agreed daily amount and operating expenses, the operator may retain the remaining earnings.

• Higher sales will provide higher earning potential for the operator.

• Complete sales and payment records must be maintained.

AVAILABLE COUNTER OPTIONS

1. Shawarma, Burger and Sandwich Counter

Fixed payment to owner: ₹1,000 per day

Refundable security deposit: ₹50,000

Minimum commitment/lock-in period: 6 Months

2. Vegetarian Food Counter

Fixed payment to owner: ₹1,500 per day

Refundable security deposit: ₹1,00,000

Minimum commitment/lock-in period: 1 year

3. Non-Vegetarian Food Counter / Kitchen

Fixed payment to owner: ₹2,500 per day

Refundable security deposit: ₹3,50,000

Minimum commitment/lock-in period: 1 year

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Purchase and manage ingredients and stock

• Prepare and sell good-quality food

• Maintain hygiene and food-safety standards

• Manage staff required for the counter

• Handle counter sales and customer service

• Prevent wastage and maintain daily accounts

• Pay the agreed fixed daily amount on time

• Follow the café’s menu, pricing and operating rules

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Experienced cooks, food entrepreneurs or small food-business operators

• Candidates capable of investing the applicable security deposit

• Candidates who can independently manage food production, sales and staff

• Honest and responsible individuals interested in running their own counter

• Prior experience in restaurant, cloud-kitchen or fast-food operations is preferred

IMPORTANT

• No monthly salary will be provided.

• This is an independent counter-operating/business arrangement.

• Earnings will depend on actual sales, food cost, staff cost and other operating expenses.

• Security deposit, responsibilities, payment terms, lock-in period and termination conditions will be covered through a written agreement.

• Final selection will be made after an interview and verification.

RENT, ELECTRICITY AND WATER

• The café owner, Secret Tadka, will pay the premises rent.
• Electricity and water charges will be shared monthly based on the actual bills.
• Each operator’s share and the method of dividing these charges will be specified in the written agreement.
• Operators will bear their counter’s ingredient costs, staff costs and other operating expenses, along with the agreed fixed daily payment.
