Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Counter Team Members. The role involves handling customer orders, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining outlet hygiene and display standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them with product selection

Take and process orders accurately (billing/POS handling)

Maintain product display and ensure proper stock rotation

Handle cash/card payments and ensure billing accuracy

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and display area

Upsell products and promote ongoing offers

Coordinate with kitchen/production team for order fulfillment

Handle basic customer queries and resolve concerns politely
