Job Title: Counter Sales Executive – Baklava Store (Mumbai International Airport)

Location: Mumbai International Airport
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Education: Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the store counter in a friendly and professional manner

• Promote and sell baklava and related products to maximize sales

• Engage with walk-in customers and attract new customers

• Maintain excellent product knowledge to explain varieties and ingredients

• Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions accurately

• Ensure cleanliness and proper display of products at the counter

• Provide high-quality customer service to international and domestic travelers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or retail (preferably food industry)

• Fluent in English (mandatory)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work in 3 rotational shifts (including night shifts)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment

• Valid Passport or Aadhar Card is mandatory

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in airport retail or premium food outlets

• Sales-driven mindset with customer handling skills

• Presentable personality and positive attitude
