1. Role Overview

The Guest Service Associate (GSA) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining outlet hygiene, and ensuring smooth operations at high-footfall QSR outlets.

2. Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive dining experience.

• Take orders accurately and upsell menu items.

• Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.

• Maintain speed of service as per brand standards.

Counter & Billing Operations

• Manage POS billing and cash/card transactions accurately.

• Issue invoices, manage receipts, and follow cash-handling guidelines.

• Ensure proper order punching and coordination with the kitchen team.

Food Handling & Preparation

• Assist in basic food preparation as per brand recipes.

• Maintain product quality, portion accuracy, and presentation.

• Replenish food items and supplies when required.

Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness of counter, dining area, and equipment.

• Follow FSSAI, airport, and brand hygiene/safety standards.

• Adhere to grooming standards and SOPs.

Operational Support

• Support stock management and daily checklists.

• Assist during peak passenger rush hours.

• Participate in store opening/closing procedures.
