Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic Counter Sales Executives for a reputed jewellery retail brand in Sarjapur, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery products at the counter.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain product knowledge and be up to date with current promotions and offers.
• Ensure the counter is well-maintained, clean, and stocked.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the stores performance.
• Maintain accurate billing and follow company protocols.

Candidate Requirements:

Fluent English communication is a must

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

Candidates with experience in fashion retail or jewellery sales will be preferred

Pleasant personality, grooming, and good interpersonal skills
