About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and confident Counter Sales Executive to manage sales at our Metal Shoe Cabinets Showroom in Noida Sector 63.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales, negotiation, convincing and customer-handling skills, with a proven track record of converting walk-in customers and leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.

• Demonstrate and explain our metal shoe cabinets, features, sizes, designs and pricing.

• Convert showroom walk-ins and incoming leads into confirmed sales.

• Effectively negotiate with customers while maintaining company pricing and margins.

• Use strong convincing and communication skills to close sales.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert pending leads.

• Maintain professional relationships with customers.

• Handle customer queries, objections and price negotiations confidently.

• Maintain proper sales records and coordinate with the delivery/operations team when required.

• Ensure the showroom is properly presented and products are displayed attractively.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience is mandatory.

• Minimum age: 24 years.

• Candidates must have previous experience in counter sales, showroom sales, retail sales, sales executive or a similar customer-facing sales role.

• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Strong sales closing skills .

• Should be confident, presentable, disciplined and responsible.

• Experience in furniture, home décor, modular furniture, hardware, appliances or similar retail products will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

10:30 AM to 8:30 PM

• 6 days working

• Monday to Friday: 1 weekly off

• Saturday & Sunday: Compulsory working days

• Candidates must be comfortable working on weekends.

Important Eligibility Criteria
