## Salary

₹16,500 – ₹24,000 Gross per Month + Attractive Incentives

## Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Godrej Appliances at assigned retail outlets.

• Assist customers in selecting products based on their requirements.

• Explain product Features, Advantages & Benefits (FAB) effectively.

• Drive sales of new launches and premium product range.

• Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and brand visibility.

• Maintain excellent customer service and professional grooming standards.

• Collect customer feedback and monitor competitor activities.

• Coordinate with customers for after-sales support whenever required.

• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.

## Eligibility Criteria

Minimum •12th Pass (HSSC)•• or above.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, consumer durables, home appliances, electronics, or a related industry.

Age between •18 to 40 years••.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Smartphone is mandatory for reporting and mobile application usage.

• Candidates with sales promotion or field canvassing experience will be preferred.
