Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain premium customer experience.

• Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and product availability.

• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.

• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.

• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and operational compliance.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Coordinate with management to improve store performance and productivity.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Senior Sales Executive, or Store Supervisor in Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, QSR, or Luxury Retail.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
