We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team and grow our sales in the market.Responsibilities:Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell company products.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Generate new leads and convert them into sales.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.Take orders from the market and ensure proper follow-up.Provide market feedback to the company.Maintain daily visit reports.Requirements:Good communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently in the field.Must have a bike and a valid driving license (if required).Experience in field sales will be an added advantage.Salary & Benefits:Fixed monthly salary (as per experience).Attractive incentives based on performance.Travel allowance (TA/DA) if applicable.
