Service Engineer

Overall purpose of the job

Attend Installations, Service Calls, Preventive Maintenance, Maintain SLA levels of Machines allocated and under AMC Contract with Paint companies.

Main responsibilities / tasks:

1. Service engineer has to Installation, repair and service the tinting machine (paint colour dispensing

machine), UPS and Mixer which are under AMC contract.

2. Perform preventive maintenance activity

3. Ensure that any parts that need replacing are available in stock with them.

4. Keep inventory records of spare parts required for the repair work.

5. They have to plan the servicing/ Preventive maintenance work in advance so the output of the Dealer / Depot

/ Warehouse is not a>ected by the service work.

6. Work in teams and delegate work amongst them so the work can be conducted in a fast pace and adhere to

the instruction given by Team Leader/ Supervisor or Superiors.

7. Make detailed reports on all the work that is done on each machine.

8. Improving the performance of the machine by doing Overhauling, Service Campaign or Repeat calls

reductions.

9. Conduct safety checks on all the machines

10. Mobile APP usage for call closing, spares replacement, expense, etc.

11. Service Engineers have to submit expense statement weekly/Fortnightly on the mobile APP.
