Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable AC Helper / Junior Technician to assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. The candidate should be willing to learn, follow instructions, and work on-site as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior AC technicians in installation and servicing of AC units

• Support in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services

• Cleaning AC filters, coils, and outdoor units

• Help in basic repair work and gas charging support

• Carry tools and materials to the work site

• Ensure proper handling of equipment and safety compliance

• Attend complaint calls with senior technician

• Maintain cleanliness at the work site

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems (preferred)

• Ability to use basic tools

• Willingness to learn technical skills

• Physically fit for field work

• Basic understanding of electrical connections (added advantage)

• Good behavior and communication skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / ITI (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning preferred)

• Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers can apply)

• Age: 18–30 years

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 - 20,000 per month (Based on experience)

• Overtime applicable (if required)

• On-site training provided
