Workshop Manager – Bus Transportation Company

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance, servicing, and repair of the bus fleet.
Ensure vehicle fitness, safety, and maximum fleet availability.
Supervise workshop staff and daily workshop operations.
Manage breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
Control spare parts inventory and maintenance costs.
Ensure bus cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness before dispatch.
Maintain maintenance records and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with operations for smooth fleet movement.
Monitor staff performance and workshop productivity.
Prepare maintenance and fleet performance reports.
