Visa Counsellor

Role: European Education & Recruitment Counsellor

Job timings: 09:30 am - 7:00 pm

Requirements: Experience/Fresher's Fluent in English, Hindi, & Gujarati.

Role responsibilities:

 Counsel students and candidates regarding international education, vocational training and career opportunities.

 Understand candidates’ education, skills, experience and career objectives.

 Identify suitable European study, training and employment pathways.

 Source and screen candidates for international job opportunities.

 Explain program eligibility, documentation, fees, timelines and procedures.

 Conduct initial candidate interviews and eligibility assessments.

 When needed Coordinate with overseas institutions, employers and business partners.

 Assist candidates with documentation and application preparation.

 Maintain regular follow-ups with students and candidates.

 Maintain accurate candidate/student records and CRM updates.

 Support candidates throughout the admission, recruitment and visa-assistance process.

 Provide accurate and transparent information without making unauthorized visa, employment or immigration promises.

 Achieve counselling, enrollment and recruitment targets while maintaining professional client service.

 Visa filling and documents preparing.
