You will receive training and work closely with experienced professionals to source, screen, and recruit top talent for our US clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Learn and stay updated with recruitment trends and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Education: Any Graduate.
• Experience: Freshers only (No prior experience required).
• Graduation Year: 2025 or 2026 only.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in the US shift.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and eagerness to learn recruitment tools.
