Training & Development executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Training & Development Executive with prior experience in the F&B industry. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring training programs to enhance employee skills, service quality, and overall operational efficiency across restaurant and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs across departments (service, kitchen, delivery, operations, etc.)

• Design and implement training modules for onboarding, product knowledge, SOPs, hygiene, and customer service

• Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions for staff at all levels

• Ensure adherence to F&B standards including food safety, grooming, and service protocols

• Coordinate with restaurant managers and department heads to schedule training programs

• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics

• Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports

• Develop training materials, manuals, and SOP documentation

• Support new store openings with structured training plans

• Conduct refresher training and continuous learning programs

• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory training requirements

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of F&B operations and service standards

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to train and motivate teams

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Knowledge of training tools and evaluation methods

• Proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management / HR or related field

• Certification in Training & Development (preferred)

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in Training & Development within the F&B / Hospitality industry

• Experience in restaurants, cloud kitchens, or food chains preferred
