Belstar Microfinance Limited is looking for a passionate and experienced Regional Training Manager to drive learning and development initiatives across the region and enhance employee performance through effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct induction, product, process, and behavioral training programs for employees.

• Identify training needs and design effective learning interventions.

• Develop and execute training calendars as per business requirements.

• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance reviews.

• Provide field coaching and support to branch teams across the region

• Maintain training records, reports, and learning metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Training & Development

• Experience in NBFC, Banking, MFI, or Financial Services industry preferred

• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills

• Experience in soft skills and behavioral training will be an added advantage

• Fluency in English and regional languages

• Willingness to travel extensively

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
