Job Summary:

The IT Head will be responsible for managing the hospital’s complete IT infrastructure, hospital management systems, cybersecurity, network, hardware/software, IT support, and digital technology operations. The role requires ensuring secure, reliable, and uninterrupted IT services across all hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the hospital’s entire IT infrastructure, servers, systems, and networks.

• Oversee HIS/HMS (Hospital Information System) and other healthcare software applications.

• Manage EMR/EHR, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and other integrated systems.

• Ensure data security, patient data privacy, backup, and disaster recovery.

• Manage IT hardware, computers, printers, CCTV, biometric systems, and related equipment.

• Monitor network connectivity, Wi-Fi, internet, VPN, and server performance.

• Lead IT support/helpdesk operations and resolve technical issues.

• Coordinate with software vendors, AMC/service providers, and external IT partners.

• Implement cybersecurity policies, access controls, antivirus, firewalls, and regular security checks.

• Maintain IT documentation, licenses, contracts, and asset records.

• Plan and manage IT budgets, procurement, upgrades, and technology projects.

• Train and guide IT staff and hospital employees on IT systems.

• Ensure IT systems support hospital operations 24/7 with minimal downtime.

• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare IT, data protection, and regulatory requirements.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Relevant experience in hospital/healthcare IT management preferred.

• Strong knowledge of HMS/HIS, networking, servers, cybersecurity, and database systems.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
