Job Overview

WSNE Consulting is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Professional Recruiter with experience or strong interest in end-to-end IT Recruitment.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

• Handle PAN India hiring for multiple IT roles across junior, mid, and senior levels.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.

• Screen candidates for technical and behavioral fit and coordinate interviews with technical and business stakeholders.

• Work on requirements related to IT technologies such as Java, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), SAP Modules , Cyber Security , AI ML roles .

• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and timelines.

• Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, quality benchmarks, and documentation processes.

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS or internal tracking systems.

Preferred candidate profile

IMMEDIATE JOINERS ARE PREFERRED

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment

• BCA, MCA, B.tech background 2022- 2025 and minimum 3 months of internship experience in IT hiring

• Proven experience in PAN India hiring and working with multiple stakeholders.

• Familiarity with major job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing techniques.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.
