Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, technical, and sales positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Follow up on offers, salary negotiations, and candidate joining.
Achieve monthly recruitment targets and maintain hiring trackers.
Required Skills:
Experience in IT, technical, or sales recruitment.
Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
Knowledge of job portals and Boolean search.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
