Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process.

• Understand technical job requirements from clients/hiring managers.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and databases.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.

• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.

• Negotiate salary, notice period, and offer discussions.

• Follow up with candidates until onboarding.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

• Ensure timely closures and achieve recruitment targets/KPIs.

• Prepare recruitment reports and MIS updates.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
