-Work closely with US-based clients to understand their hiring needs and help identify the right talent.
-Support the end-to-end hiring process: from sourcing and reviewing profiles to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
-Assist in hiring for both technical (IT) and non-technical roles across different industries.
-Review job descriptions and understand key skills to match with potential candidates.
-Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and candidates.
-Adapt to US business hours and perform efficiently during night shifts.
-Use job portals, referrals, and networking platforms to find suitable candidate profiles (training will be provided).
-Ensure all updates and documentation are accurately maintained throughout the process.
-Be open to putting in extra hours when required to meet deadlines or support urgent client needs.
What We’re Looking For:
-Willingness to work in night (US Time Zone).
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
-6 to 1 year experience international BPO/Voice process experience preferred
-Bachelor’s degree preferred (any stream).
-No prior recruitment experience required – training will be provided.
