Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, company database, referrals, and other job portals.
Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on technical and client requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche and critical positions.
Conduct market mapping and competitor research for key technical roles.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
