About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and technically strong Senior Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to candidate onboarding, and should be capable of independently handling multiple technology hiring requirements across Product, FinTech, Banking, SaaS, and Enterprise clients.
The recruiter must possess strong technical understanding and be able to conduct detailed technical screening by evaluating candidates on their core concepts, practical experience, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complete recruitment life cycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand technical requirements.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, job portals, social media, and networking.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality technical candidates.
Conduct detailed technical screening interviews to assess:

Problem-solving ability
Role fit
Evaluate candidates based on practical hands-on experience rather than resume keywords.
Perform detailed salary negotiations and offer discussions.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal/client interview panels.
Manage offer rollout, documentation, background verification coordination, joining follow-ups, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate recruitment reports, ATS updates, and hiring metrics.
Build long-term talent pipelines for niche and critical technology skills.

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate onboarding.
Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, GitHub, X-Ray Search, and referrals.
Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering roles.
Ability to screen candidates across development, QA, DevOps, cloud, ERP, and data engineering technologies.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ownership, accountability, and focus on quality hiring.
Preferred Skills

AI & Recruitment Technology (Mandatory)
The recruiter should be proficient in leveraging AI-powered tools to improve sourcing, screening, interview preparation, and recruitment productivity.
Expected AI Skills
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, or similar platforms for recruitment activities.
Utilize AI to:
Create Boolean search strings and sourcing strategies.
Generate and customize technical interview questionnaires.
Prepare job descriptions and job postings.
Conduct resume analysis and fitment evaluation.
Draft candidate communication, follow-up emails, and interview feedback.
Build competency-based and scenario-based screening questions.

Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated content and validate technical accuracy before using it.
