Key Responsibilities
Understand client hiring requirements for various IT roles such as Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA, UI/UX Designers, and other technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Build a strong pipeline of IT candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment cycle.
Required Skills
Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to screen technical profiles and understand basic technical terminology.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment / technical hiring.
Experience in agency or consultancy recruitment is a plus.
