🔹 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month

🔍 Role Overview

As a Technical Screener, you will be responsible for evaluating candidates’ technical skills and ensuring they meet job requirements before progressing to further interview stages. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial technical screening interviews for IT roles (developers, testers, support, etc.)

• Assess candidates’ technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities

• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback

• Maintain candidate data, interview notes, and reports

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the screening process

• Stay updated with current IT technologies and hiring trends

🛠️ Required Skills

• Basic understanding of IT concepts (programming, databases, networking, SDLC)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and evaluation abilities

• Ability to handle multiple candidates and tasks efficiently

• Familiarity with recruitment tools or ATS is a plus

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Prior experience in technical screening or IT recruitment is preferred
