Job వివరణ

We are looking for a Female Technical Profile Coordinator to join our team. The role involves supporting student placements by preparing professional resumes, coordinating with candidates, and handling communication with corporate companies

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and update technical resumes based on candidate profiles

Handle candidate and client calls professionally

Coordinate with students and corporate recruiters throughout the placement process

Understand candidate skills and present their profiles to companies

Maintain candidate records and follow up on interview schedules and feedback

Requirements

Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet)

Basic understanding of IT technologies and programming languages (Java, Python, .NET, SQL, Web Technologies, etc.). Coding knowledge is not required, but familiarity with technology names and domains is preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prepare professional resumes and manage multiple candidate profiles

Salary

Incentive-based compensation (attractive earning potential based on successful placements)
