Lead, manage, and motivate a team of recruiters

Assign daily/weekly hiring targets and track performance

Handle end-to-end recruitment for key clients (Bulk & Lateral hiring)

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews

Coordinate with clients and ensure timely closure of positions

Maintain MIS, daily reports, and recruitment trackers

Train new recruiters and improve team productivity

Ensure quality hiring and reduce dropouts

Achieve monthly closure and revenue targets
