We are looking for an experienced Team Leader who will manage a team of 6–7 recruiters and drive overall recruitment performance. The candidate should have hands-on recruitment experience along with strong team handling and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 6–7 recruiters
Drive daily recruitment activities and ensure target achievement
Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality of hiring
Provide guidance, training, and support to recruiters
Handle critical positions and support team in closures
Coordinate with clients/management for requirements and updates
Ensure proper sourcing strategies and pipeline management
Maintain reports and track team KPIs
Requirements
Minimum 3–6 years of recruitment experience
At least 1–2 years of team handling experience
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in bulk hiring / international recruitment (preferred)
