Hiring: Sourcing Expert – Non-IT Recruitment

Location: Kudlu Gate (Work From Office)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Non-IT Recruitment/Sourcing
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across Non-IT functions.

• Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely candidate submissions.

• Maintain recruitment records and sourcing metrics.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Non-IT recruitment/sourcing.

• Experience hiring for functions such as Sales, Customer Service, Healthcare, Education, Retail, Operations, Manufacturing, BFSI, or other Non-IT domains.

• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.

• Strong communication, candidate engagement, and research skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Profile

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-focused.

• Able to work independently as well as within a recruitment team.

Interview Process

• 3 Rounds: 1 Sourcing Test + 2 Discussion Rounds.

• All rounds will be Face-to-Face and completed on the same day.

• No virtual interviews.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
