Office Assistant | Talent Coordination

Runway Agency is looking for a presentable, confident female candidate to support daily operations in a fast-paced fashion & talent environment.

Role:

Manage talent data & portfolios
Coordinate with models & clients (calls, follow-ups)
Assist senior team in day-to-day operations
Create client presentations, PDFs & profiles

Requirements:

Fluent English (spoken & written)
Strong communication & phone skills
Well-groomed, industry-appropriate appearance
Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint & basic Photoshop
Organized, proactive, detail-oriented

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM

5000 – 10,000 per month for internship & 20000 to 25000 per month for experienced candidate + growth based on performance
