About the Role

HR Matters is looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media platforms

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Understand client requirements and share relevant profiles

• Assist in closing positions within defined timelines

Requirements

• Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment process

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
