Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement overall TA strategies, forecast staffing needs, and build sustainable talent pipelines. 

• Recruitment Execution: Oversee full-cycle recruiting, from job descriptions to offer negotiation, using diverse sourcing channels (social media, job boards, events). 

• Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to build a strong employer brand to attract candidates. 

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand needs and align recruitment with business goals. 

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and smooth experience for all applicants. 

• Technology & Data: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and analyze metrics to improve processes. 

• Team Leadership (if applicable): Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters or sourcers. 

• Onboarding & Retention: Assist with new hire onboarding and strategies to improve employee retention. 

Core Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and HR.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of HR laws, recruitment software, and social media platforms.

• Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making.

• Ability to multitask and manage complex projects.
