TA Support-SUPPORT SERVICES-HR Role & responsibilities Recruitment Operations & Coordination Maintain and update recruitment trackers on a real-time basis. Monitor hiring status, offer status, joining pipeline, and vacancy trackers. Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring process. Ensure timely closure of recruitment-related activities within defined timelines. Candidate Documentation & Verification Follow up with selected candidates for submission of required documents. Verify completeness and accuracy of candidate documents. Coordinate background verification and reference check processes. Track pending documents and ensure closure before onboarding. Create and maintain candidate records in HRMS, ATS, or recruitment systems. Ensure accurate capturing of personal, educational, employment, and compensation details. Maintain digital and physical recruitment records as per company guidelines. Conduct employment reference checks for shortlisted candidates. Verify employment details, roles, responsibilities, and professional conduct from previous employers/references. Prepare reference check reports and escalate discrepancies, if any. Maintain confidentiality throughout the verification process. Candidate Profile Creation Reference Checks Offer Management Prepare offer letters and compensation-related documents as per approved salary structures. Ensure necessary approvals are obtained before offer release. Coordinate offer discussions and address candidate queries. Track offer acceptance and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Maintain offer-to-joining MIS and reports. Onboarding Coordination Coordinate pre-boarding activities for candidates. Share onboarding schedules, joining instructions, and documentation requirements. Liaise with HR Operations, IT, Admin, Payroll, and Business Teams for seamless onboarding. Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed before joining. Joining Formalities Facilitate candidate joining formalities on the date of joining. Coordinate for employee code generation Ensure smooth transition of new hires to business teams. MIS & Reporting Generate recruitment MIS, hiring dashboards, and status reports. Maintain records related to requisitions, interviews, offers, and joinings. Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management. Support recruitment audits and compliance requirements. Preferred candidate profile : Accuracy of recruitment trackers and MIS. Timely completion of documentation and reference checks. Offer letter turnaround time. Offer-to-joining conversion rate. Onboarding and joining process compliance. Recruitment data quality and audit readiness.
