About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and following up with candidates for various client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements shared by the team.

• Source relevant candidates through Naukri, Shine, etc

• Search and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, location, and salary requirements.

• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.

• Verify candidate experience, interest, notice period, and salary expectations.

• Explain job opportunities and requirements clearly to candidates.

• Share relevant candidate profiles with the team for submission to clients.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and joining.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Build candidate pipelines for active requirements.

• Work towards daily/weekly recruitment targets and closures.
  

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition/staffing.

• Hands-on experience with recruitment portals.

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

• Good verbal and written communication.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Ability to understand different job profiles and identify suitable candidates.

• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

• Recruitment consultancy/staffing experience preferred.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
