Role: Sr. Talent Acquisition Officer - Non IT
Responsibilities:
● Recruit candidates for Banking, FMCG, Real Estate, Pharma, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas & Hospitality sectors
● Source & screen resumes via job portals, social media & referrals
● Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage joining formalities
● Maintain communication with clients
Requirements:
● MBA/BBA/B.Tech (1–5 years’ experience)
● Good English communication
