Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for our real estate business. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring sales professionals and understanding performance-driven roles.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Property Consultants, Sales Managers, CRM Executives, and other roles
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Screen, shortlist, and conduct HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with sales heads and management
Negotiate salary and close candidates efficiently
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
