We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic FEMALE CANDIDATE to join our recruitment consultancy as HR Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who wants to build a career in Human Resources.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source candidates through job portals and references.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic interviews and initial assessments.
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Building Rapport with candidate and client.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Align and understand the hiring requirements.
REQUIRED SKILL:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
